I had a number of 'big issues' I wanted to address and my main struggle was figuring out a. where to start and b. what the core of each issue was so I could start to move things forward. I trust Alexis' experience and I also know that this kind of talking/coaching etc activity works really well for me when I'm stuck or in a bad place. It's been wonderful and I've really benefited from knowing I was doing something active to help myself move forward. 

I'm in a much better place now than I was when I started working with Alexis. She's helped me gain some wonderful new insights and also provided a much needed reminder of a few lessons I seem to need to learn more than a few times! 

Alexis is a wonderful coach: she's full of experience and empathy and will absolutely help with working through whatever trouble you may be facing, whether it be personal, professional, or both.
